The apartment has air-conditioning and heating. A large integral living and dining room, equipped with TV, DVD and CD player. Furnished in a contemporary modern style with 2 comfortable sofas and a dining table. From the living room there are patio doors leading to a large balcony which overlooks the gardens and swimming pool and has table and chairs for al fresco dining.

There are 2 good size double bedrooms, one with king size bed, one with two singles, both with fitted wardrobes. Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, additional toilet off of hallway. Fully fitted kitchen, with all modern appliances and full complement of cooking utensils.

The Resort

The Costa Tropical of Granada province is a particularly picturesque beachside. The mountains run right down to the sea and the coastline is typically a series of coves and promontories. There is La Herradura which is pretty and unspoilt and located betwen the two attractive promontories of Punta de la Mona and Cerro Gordo.Nearby in a protected cove east of Punta de la Mona is the impressive Marina del Este yacht harbour. Water sports and scuba diving are popular here, thanks to the variety of sea life and clarity of the water. The white village of Salobreña is worth a visit. Here you will be torn between visiting the moorish castle and the beach. The sugar cane plantations here confirm the name Costa Tropical. Becoming increasingly popular among foreign residents are the numerous attractions of the town of Almuñecar.Motril rests in a beautiful location, and is considered by many to be Granada's window to the Mediterranean. It has long meandering beaches which are dotted with restaurants and bars. The town of Motril is modern and there are plenty of shops and tapas bars to visit.

Recien construido y decorado, este apartamento esta localizado a 100 metros de la playa, y junto al Club de golf Los Moriscos http://www.moriscosgolf.com/ . Es el sitio perfecto para tomar unas vacaciones relajantes o para la persona aficcionada a los deportes.

El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado y calefaccion. Tiene un sala/comedor amplio equipado con televisor, DVD y CD. Esta amueblado con estilo moderno con dos sofas comodas y una mesa de comedor. Desde la sala, dos puertas abren a un balcon espacioso con vistas a los jardines y al mar.

Hay dos dormitorios grandes, uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro con camas gemelas. Cada cuarto tiene guardarropas. Hay un cuarto de bano con bano y ducha y un cuarto de aseo separado. La cocina moderna esta equipada con todos los utensilios domesticos necesarios.
